EIFL Open Access Programme Manager Iryna Kuchma will speak about open access (OA) and open science within the European Union Framework Programme for Research and Innovation, Horizon 2020, at this seminar on the role of OA and open science in international scientific and technical collaborations.

The seminar is hosted by EIFL, the National Library of Belarus, the Belarusian Institute of System Analysis and Information Support for Scientific and Technical Sphere, and the Belarus National Information Point for European Union Research and Innovation Programmes.
