Join us for the EIFL online meet-up of open science trainers, where a group of Serbian librarians will share their experiences from recent open science training activities. The librarians will show how they plan their training sessions, create and adapt materials, and adjust to different audiences, formats and settings, and explain how they deal with challenges such as last-minute changes to the agenda and how they keep participants engaged. They will also discuss how international training programmes such as the EIFL Open Science Train-the-Trainer Bootcamp and the OpenAIRE Open Science Train-the-Trainer Bootcamp have helped them to grow as confident and skilled trainers.
