Iryna Kuchma and Milica  Ševkušić, of the EIFL Open Access Programme, will attend the third General Assembly of the DIAMAS  (Developing Institutional Open Access Publishing Models to Advance Scholarly Communication) project, at the Royal Library of Belgium. EIFL is a partner in the DIAMAS project.
